Our Senior A team qualified earlier this year to compete at HOYS 2006 in the PC National Games Championships. The team were competing in two competitions over the week - the Farmers Guardian competition which is the warm-up over the first 2 days and the Championships - the Prince Philip Cup on the last 4 days.

The team won the Farmers Guardan Compeition on Thursday!!

In the Prince Philip Cup the team had a good week - coming into the final with a lead... unfortunately the final wasn't a good run and the team finished in 3rd place overall.
We hope to have a report and photos soon!

This was the 50th year Prince Philip Cup Championships - Prince Philip attended to present the trophy at the end of the week of competition! (50th Year Info)

There was also a parade of all the winning teams who have won over the past 50 years!! - including a quite a few Eglinton members!
