Saturday Evening - Session 5 (Prince Philip Cup)
We again finished third in the session, but with a different team in 4th place. With only one session to go we needed to score at least 21 to have a chance of qualifying for the final night, which now seemed unlikely.

Sunday Afternoon - Session 6 (Prince Philip Cup)
Our best performance of the Prince Philip Cup started, but had some bad luck in a very close HOYS race when the HOYS pyramid tumbled to the ground. It was not enough to qualify for the final, but finished we again 3rd in the session, this time beating Wylye.
The 4 teams with the highest total qualify for the final - they were Oakley, Wylye Valley, Crickhowell and South Trent.

Sunday Evening - The Final (Prince Philip Cup)
Double Points are awarded for this session - so a lot can be made up or lost in the pressure!
Wylye piled on the pressure coming ahead of Oakley and reduced the gap to just 4 points coming into the last race - so either team could win... and it was close - Wylye finished first after Oakley had problems, and it came down to a judges decision to sepatate Oakley and Crickhowell - if Crickhowell were ahead Oakley would be in a run-off for the Prince Philip Cup, but Oakley were awarded second.
Oakley retain the Cup for a second year also taking home new saddles from the sponsors.
